3.Precision tools and techniques - Override osnap, absolute coordinate inputs
4. Since there’s no defined position on the x and y axes, you may put it wherever you wanted .

1.Type “C” for circle,”0,0” , “200” for radius of the circle

17. Select “Portal Array” in the upper left corner of the tools, select the three 5 radius circle, enter, type “0,0” , enter
18. Type “20” in Items, “18” in Between , “360” fill located in the upper left corner of the tools, enter
19. Compare with the given drawing, check dimensions
20. Ctrl “s” , select location , enter file name , save
