Does Queue-it Infringe the Queue-Fair Patent?

This video also compares Queue-it's rejected and abandoned patent application from 2010 with our fully granted patent from 2004. Their patent application was rejected by the International Search Authority as not novel and lacking inventive step over our invention. Our patent is the only one referenced in the Search Authority's remarks, which we understand is the strongest possible indication that can be given that the Queue-it implementation described by their patent application does infringe.
We are suing Queue-it in the High Court for patent infringement. Since our press release regarding their infringement went out, Queue-it have removed all customers from their online customer list and have disabled the queue shown in this video.
