Coding the EmailSender singleton class: Building a microservices-based NodeJS and React app #027

Hello everyone!

In this video, we start the implementation of our EmailSender class following the Singleton design pattern. This design pattern focuses on having a single instance of a class throughout the code. The Singleton pattern is important when implementing the EmailSender since we want to make sure that the instance is correctly configured and there are no differences in configuration between classes in different parts of the codebase.

This video is part of a series where we are developing a microservices-based social media application with the main focus on learning the microservices pattern. We are using NodeJS for our backend services, and React for our frontend client.
