How to do basic Configuration in VOS3000 using desktop client

VOS3000 Desktop features Basics:-
In this tutorial we will talk about how to create rates for “Vendors & Customers” how to create “Accounts” and how to add “Mapping & Routing Gateways” etc.
First of all I would like to tell you about the bar that we have on top, like “Open” “Filter” “Copy” “Add” “Apply” “Delete” etc.
Open, if you want to open tab just select that and click on open or you can use double click to open any tab.
Add, for example you want add rates for customer just add the rates simply.
Apply, after adding the rates must click on apply button for the changes.
Filter, by clicking on filter button you will see the rates or accounts which you have added.
Delete, if you want to delete the rates just select the rate and click on delete button.
Rate Management, to add rates in you VOS go to rates management, click on add you will see a row where you can add your rates. After giving the entries must click on “Apply” button to make changes, and to appear that later on click on “Filter”. To give the prefixes and rate go “Number of Rates” which is in that row that you have created. Right click and select open to give the prefixes and rates. After the changes must click on apply button.
Account management, here you can add the customers and vendors, there you enter the “Account name” must add the “Balance” must select the “Billing Rate” after the changing must click on apply button. After creating the account you must have to enter the “Mapping Gateway” for the Customer and the “Routing Gateway” for the Vendor. To add the “Gateway” select the row, right click and click on “Gateway Management” to add gateway.
Note: Remember that for customer we use “General” and for the Vendor we use “Clearing” while creating the account. If you are making an account for “Customer” open accounts management, then you will see an option “Account type” select “General” for the “Customer”

If you are making an account for “Vendor” open accounts management, then you will see an option “Account type” select “Clearing” for the “Vendor”.

Phone management, after creating the account if you want to add phone for the customer, go to “Accounts” select the customer, click right, you will see the option “Phone Management” click and open give the phone number password and capacity to add phone for the customer.
