WPeMatico Settings

Today, we’re going to take a closer look at the WPeMatico settings panel.

Navigating a bit through the sections, we find:

“Global settings for images”, which has 3 options:
The first lets you save all the images in the posts you’re going to obtain into the WordPress images folder.
The second lets you set the first image in each post as the featured image.
And the third lets you remove the featured image from the content of all the posts you’re going to insert.

In the second section, “Enable Features”:
The first option lets you enable rewriting of phrases in the post. And the second lets you send the post to a category based on some phrase in its content.

Below that, we have the “PRO version features”, which can only be enabled if you’ve purchased the PRO version of WPeMatico. You can do that by going to the right side panel and clicking on the “Buy PRO version online” button. With this option, you can filter by keywords, filter by word count, make custom titles, get full content, get feeds by author, create automatic tags, etc.
In the Simplepie Settings, you can make sure your WordPress meets the requirements to use the plugin library.

And below that in “Advanced Fetching” you have some global settings for your campaigns, where you can set how much waiting time each campaign will have to be executed, the wait time in seconds for each post you insert, and other options like deactivating duplicate controls or disabling custom fields of the plugin.

Next, we have the options for “Cron and scheduler settings”. Here, you can define the tasks that will be performed automatically on a schedule. This lets you disable the CRON for WPeMatico and define another one external to our server, since you have the option to execute campaigns manually or on a schedule.

There are also “other tools” at the bottom, for the administrator area.
And in the right side panel, you’ll see the “rate 5 stars” option, where you can leave a review of the WPeMatico plugin on WordPress.org.
Under that, you can configure emails for the campaigns, and in “advanced settings”… you can decide whether you want to see the last record and other debugging tools, and you can also disable WPeMatico credits.
Farther down, there are links with instructions about WPeMatico Pro which you can see on the website etruel.com, and also a link to WPeMatico with all its extensions in a complete package.
