Here at the Voice of AI Academy, we teach students about the concepts and practical applications of AI through real-world examples and hands-on activities. Today, they explored prompts they would need to create meaningful content from practical situations.

In addition to learning how to use implement code, they are developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. We aim to empower the younger generation with the skills and knowledge they need to be prepared for a future with AI.

The Voice of AI Academy students today completed a project on how to output results for a website from a discussion video. The project involved recording a discussion video about the effects of screen time on young people, exporting the voice from the video, using a Whisper model to convert the voice to text, copying the output text to ChatGPT to generate a detailed summary, and the creating output as HTML.

The aim was to create a transcript from a podcast made at the AI Academy, where Hugo and Viktor and Henry discussed the impact of screen time on young people. The project's outcome was a great result that could also be used to help summarize lessons for school teachers.

The Voice of AI Academy provides a platform for students to learn about artificial intelligence, with a focus on practical applications in areas such as voice recognition, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Today, we accomplished the following tasks:
1) We filmed a discussion video on screentime
2) We extracted the audio from the video
3) We converted the audio to text using the Whisper model
4) We input the text into ChatGPT to generate a summary
5) Finally, we saved the output as an HTML file.

Screen Time Discussion

Topic 1: Using Screen During Meals
Students talked about the appropriateness of using screens while eating with family or alone. They agreed that it is disrespectful to use screens while eating with family, but it's acceptable when eating alone as a form of entertainment or relaxation.

Topic 2: Screen Time and Learning
The students discussed how they use screens to learn new things, such as aviation and other hobbies. They agreed that screens can be useful tools for learning and expanding their knowledge.

Topic 3: Parental Control and Screen Time
The conversation touched on the topic of parental control over screen time. The students agreed that parents should monitor and limit screen time, especially if the child shows signs of addiction. They also discussed the importance of balancing screen time with other activities, like playing outside or reading.

Our students delved into the topic of the effects of screen-time on young people,
using it as a means to teach our students about the power of AI in extracting key information from discussions and lessons.

Our aim is to encourage our young learners to think critically and imaginatively about AI, and its possibilities.

Through this classroom activity, our students gained a practical understanding of how AI can be used in a variety of everyday applications.
