IMPORTANT FOR EXTRACTING FILES:
From the ReTool Folder, copy the extract-pak.bat and Retool.exe and paste them into the Street Fighter 6 folder with the game's exe file and re_chunk_000.pak. Also have StreetFighter6.exe_files.list inside Street Fighter 6 folder with the .exe file. Open extract-pak.bat in Notepad and change re2_pak_names_release into the name of the .list file. Hit the Save button. The .bat should look like this in Notepad:
