Rhythmic Alpha 0.9.0

Time for another release. I wasn't able to work on it as much as I wanted to.

The menus aren't the 3D menus I wanted, I couldn't get something that I thought looked good. So I just went with a couple of generated space images.

The 3D system is still there. It's either disabled or commented out of the code, but it's still there nonetheless and I can bring it back at anytime when I make something I think is worth putting out. Hopefully in the future I can get something to look good out of a 3D menu system.

Some of the most notable changes:
- No more infinite range for taps and hopos
- An overlay to be able to rebind controls (it's a little primitive)
- New menu system
- Volume controls are now implemented
- Options can be accessed through the pause menu now

For Linux users:
The build has been tested on two machines (one running Arch, and the other running Ubuntu 18.04). No problems has risen from both testing environments. Make sure your system is up to date and SDL2 is installed and the game should run fine. Leave FMOD in the same directory as the executable, no need to install it on your system. If you have any problems running the game, please message me about it (including info such as your distro, and any error message) and I might be able to help.
