A better alternative to Salesforce Github

Salesforce Github is not match made in heaven. Salesforce Github has a lot of issues in working with Salesforce.

Many Salesforce customers use GIT for the version control system. It is one of the most popular version control systems due to its innovation as a social and distributed version control system. However, Git does not work very well with salesforce. Here are the top two reasons:

Salesforce metadata types are not mutually exclusive: most of the technologies such as Java and PHP are designed such that each component is mutually exclusive and regularly stored, and the most granular component is wasn't controlled. However, but Salesforce, that is a lot of overlap amongst media's metadata types. For example, the metadata type custom objects overlaps with the metadata types such as custom feeds, misuse, layouts, etc. Or the overlapping components can be so simple in the version control system. These components are not mutually exclusive amongst themselves. So in that given deployment, the developer scored could select entire custom object to be deployed and another developer could select all custom feed the same object to be deployed which could have a very different definition. This would can't cause conflicts, since metadata type components are not mutually exclusive.

Metadata types are not granular: when needed for a certain metadata types such as custom neighbors, all the custom labels are given back by the source organization. So, if developer a has modified custom label X and developer be as modified custom ABY nubile liberal why in a different organization, the last developer who source controls the custom labels file with the governor. Either, the developers need to manually review the changes with other developers or the changes will be lost.
