How To Summarize Project Data In Primavera P6 || Primavera Tutorials || dptutorials

In this tutorial, I will show you how to summarize project data in Primavera P6 Professional.

When you first open the primavera software, in projects view, you will see set of all projects as a list.

Here, even without opening the project you can some of the important information. This data comes from the summary tables in the database even when a project is closed.

So, if you want to showcase the high level of all projects to your management team as a summary without opening the projects, the best way is to summarize the projects data.

I will demonstrate this now with an example.

Let us consider the sample project which is dptutorials project. By default we are having these columns in the projects view, let’s add all columns which are important to showcase.
