In this workshop lead by Jessie Auguste, you will leave with a better understanding of version control and why you would use it. You will also leave having created your very first repository on GitHub.

We will also cover: basic git commands, how to create branches, merging, merge conflicts, undoing git errors, and styling our GitHub profiles.

You will need a GitHub account and an IDE, for example - Visual Studio or Atom.
