Abstract:
Issuing of Birth Certificate will be done manually. The applicants who want to apply for birth certificate they need to go to Government office there they need to fill Birth Certificate form after making verification, VAO will issue Birth Certificate. Present system is very time consuming and it is very difficult to maintain and verify data. We are developing one application so that everything will be done by the application. Which will reduce the time taken for applicant and government officer. The application will maintain the following details.

Existing System
In the Existing System, issuing of Birth Certificate will be done manually. The applicants who want to apply for birth certificate they need to go to Government office there they need to fill Birth Certificate form after making verification, VAO will issue Birth Certificate. Present system is very time consuming and it is very difficult to maintain and verify data.

Proposed System
In the proposed system, we are developing one application so that everything will be done by the application. Which will reduce the time taken for applicant and government officer. The application will maintain the following details.
• Maintain the details of Parent.
• Maintain the details of VAO(Village Administrative Officer).
• Maintain the details of child.

1. VAO:
VAO is the kind of Government Officer who will receive applicants requests for Birth Certificate forms and verifies them.
2. Hospital:
Hospital will maintain the child details and verifies the requests that are given by vao.
3. User:
User will register and login into the application and can apply for Birth Certificate.
