#10 Live Coding - Tensorflow Image Classification with Transfer Learning - TF Lite Conversion

In this livestream I convert a Tensorflow Lite model using the Tensorflow converter with post-training quantization. Quantization basically means we have converted all the weights and activations in the model from 32 bits float to 8 bits integer and 16 bits integer for weights and activations respectively(appropriately called 16x8 quantization). This makes it possible to run the Tensorflow Lite model in integer-only devices. At the end the whole tensorflow lite model took only 3MB of space in the disk.
In my next livestream I will do an evaluation of the model to see how well it compares in terms of accuracy against the full Tensorflow model.
There are still many tasks to do before I can finish this project. For instance, I need to add two more image classes to my model, one for people and one for when there is nothing to detect in my garden. And once that is all done I will be running the model finally on the Raspberry PI and deploying it on the ground.
