Battlefield 2042 Mouse = controller bug?
I had a very weird issue where suddenly the mouse input felt exactly like a controller. I moved the mouse but it accelerated up to a max velocity and then had a constant velocity from there on.
The handcam and game is synced as can be seen at the end of the video when the bugged input fixed itself but a person can see the extremely bugged and delayed mouse input up till then.
It started off feeling only slightly off, then got worse and then after standing still while looking at my live stream playback, it fixed itself.
I haven't been able to replicate this and no idea what this could mean in terms of the input for this game but I'm sure it's nothing good.
People say the mouse input is in some way linked to the controller settings and is this perhaps an example of when that bugs out?
It does still look like the game processes all input as a controller as people have suspected since the beta.
I have a Ryzen 9 5900X, Gigabyte GTX 1080ti, 16GB 3200Mhz RAM and when this happened, no resources were maxed out.
I also always have raw input enabled.
