so we get this message on Android phones.
So to fix this error message just follow the instructions in the video.

Method 1.

👉open your phone settings

👉open applications

👉now click on the more or three dots on the top right side of your phone screen

👉now click on Reset app preferences

👉Reboot your phone

👉open phone settings

👉goto application's

👉now open Google play store

👉clear the cache and data of this app

👉now open Google play services

👉clear the cache and data of this app

👉now open Google services framework
(if you can't see this app then click on more or three dots on the top right corner of your phone screen and select show system apps)

when you launch a particular app and it pops up this error Message repeatedly.

then you have to
👉 goto SETTINGS

👉open applications

👉now select that particular app which pops up the error message and

👉clear the cache and data of that particular app

👉goto phone settings

👉now select applications

👉now find Download Manager (click on three dots or more button on top right corner of your phone screen and select show system apps)

👉 now disable this app

👉after few seconds again enable this app

👉restart your phone

👉done
