QuickSort Algorithm, developed Tony Hoare, in 1959, is one of the most efficient sorting algorithms and is based on the Divide-and-Conquer concept, where the arrays are split into subarrays which then are called to sort the elements. In Quicksort, the algorithm partitions the given array around the element it picks as a pivot. It’s said to be two to three times faster than its competitive counterparts heapsort and merge sort when implemented well.
