These transferred cost data in primavera can be later used for different project dashboard and reports with the help of which project managers and project owners can easily monitor the project progress against the cost incurred in the project.

This transferred cost from SAP can also be used for the calculating the project performance through Earned Value Management technique

Scenario 2: Resource Transfer from SAP to Primavera
Material Master is being managed in SAP along with its rate and available quantity. With the help of customized integration, The Material Master will be migrated to Primavera Resource Hierarchy which will be further used for resource planning in Primavera by the Project Planner

Also, the respective Material Ordering and Delivery status can also be updated back to Primavera Project.
