Python - Lesson # 6 - Module 2 Chapter 3 - Functions - Part 1

In this video I demonstrate the following programs: volume and surface area of a sphere, Heron's Triangle and miles per gallon. I demonstrate variables, expressions, statements, and displaying information. I also introduce students on how to call functions and pass information as parameters.


My name is Mike Seely and I teach computer science courses at the high school and college level in Colorado. These videos are appropriate for an Introduction to Programming - Python class. I understand that these videos are not of professional quality, but these are the videos I created for my students while we were all locked up during COVID. My videos are of me demonstrating entire programs and/or worksheets or practice quizzes that I would teach in class.
