Giftmail - Merchant Dashboard

Your Merchant Dashboard lets you manage and promote your gift card sales from one easy location. Here, you can update your profile, view detailed sales and redemption reports, issue promotional gift cards or process redemptions.

You're Merchant URL is a link that is custom to you. You can embed this link into your website, facebook page or email blast and send customers directly to your business on Giftmail.

Within your profile page you can edit your gift card image, business info, contact info and payment info.

Your Reports page keeps track of your card sales & redemptions. You have access to information like purchase dates, initial card values, Paypal transaction IDs and current balances. You can opt-in to receive monthly PDF reports via email or manually create a copy anytime you like.

Issuing promotional gift cards is easier than ever. Simply enter as many email addresses as you like, add a card value and expiry date, include a personal greeting and before you hit "send" verify the action by entering your login password. Each recipient will receive a card with a unique id # so that you can track your promotional cards and their value can only be used once.

The Redeem page is where you process card redemptions or create user accounts for your staff. When presented with a giftmail gift card, enter the card's 12 digit id # and press "redeem". You'll be presented with the card balance and have the option to redeem the full amount or enter a value if only part of the balance is being used. Confirm the transaction to update the balance and a record of the redemption will be available in your reports.

Create a user name and password that your staff can use to login and process card redemptions. This means only you have the ability to update your profile, view reports, and issue promotional cards. When your staff uses the login info they will be directed to a page where they can process card redemptions.

Lastly, you can add user IDs that allow you to track who is taking a redemption or where it is taking place. Once you've added a user id it will be available from a drop-down menu on the redemption pop-up. The selected id will be added to your redemption report along with other details of the transaction.
