In the video, we have explained what is a String in Python and to work with strings.
This is a very useful and informative video for beginners.

A String is made up of one or more characters. A String in python is surrounded by either single quote marks or double quote marks.
Python does not have a character data type, a single character is simply a string with a length of 1.
- To access the elements of the string, we use square brackets [ ].
- The len() method returns the length of a string.
- The strip() method removes any whitespace from the beginning or the end.
- The lower() method returns the string in lower case.
- The upper() method returns the string in the upper case.
- The replace() method replaces a string with another string.
- The split() method splits the string into substrings if it finds instances of the separator.
- The count() method counts the occurrence of a character/string in a given string.
