TECHNO is the first show for PATCH-ON, a patch challenge series where a challenge is offered to the modular community to see what you can do in a 5-7min time limit.
NOTE: This is not patch from scratch. 35 artists from all over the world dug deep to see what they could come up with.
We chose techno as a way to kick off this series because it’s the largest, most popular genre in electronic music, and it’s also undefinable. Where did it start? What makes techno techno?
Some of the artists on this show are seasoned techno artists, and widely celebrated. Many of these artists enjoyed trying this genre on for the first time....

If you're new to the show, we are modular-centric, but not exclusive. You will see eurorack modular synthesizers, buchla, serge, ciat lonbarde, hybrid systems, midi controllers, computers, drum machines, acoustic instruments, analog and digital synthesizers, voice and more. This is about making music and maintaining a SAFE SPACE for all.
