- Using a CSS framework like Tailwind which loads only those styles that we actually use in the project and not loading the entire css framework file.

- Splitting design into reusable blocks, templates, template-parts, block patterns etc. so that there is less code.

We have figured out how Tailwind's configuration can fetch variables from block theme's theme.json. This way, theme.json continues to be the single source of truth with respect to styling and settings.
