If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and encounter this error:

Follow these steps to stop it from occurring:


1.Go to the [Settings] tab by left clicking the home button:

2.In the settings dialogue box select [System (Display, notifications, apps, power)]

3.In the display dialogue box, select [Power & sleep]

4.In the Power & sleep dialogue box, scroll down to [Related settings] and left click on [Additional power settings]

5.In the Power options dialogue box, Go to [Change plan settings] according to whichever plan your system is currently under

6.In the Edit plan settings dialogue box, select [Change advanced power settings]

7.In Power Options, select [ATI Graphics Power Settings] by clicking the plus sign enclosed in the tiny box

8.Select [ATI Powerplay Settings] again clicking the + sign in the tiny box

9.Click the [On battery] and [Plugged in] settings consecutively and switch them from [Maximize Battery Life] to [Maximize Performance]

10.Click [Apply] then [OK]

Now that you have disabled your battery conserve settings, you should no longer get this error! ?
