Abstract:
This project (Production Planning and Control) aim is to simplify your day-to-day work. There are a range of functions and reports that provide extensive information on all materials with their stock data. The main process involves Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, details about stocks and the warehouse contents are stored into the database. They are updated accordingly in the system. However, the main objective of the project is purchasing raw materials from the vendors and assembling them as finished products for purchase. These products after quality inspection (i.e.) in case of any damage are sent back to the assembling section, and if not, are sent to the warehouse for sales. And also the main objective of the application is to develop a system that enables efficient management of defects and flaws that may arise in application and module development. The purpose is to provide convenient mechanisms and functionalities to deal with flaws. In the existing manual system a lot of time is spent in communicating the information across different branches. There is a need for an integrated automated system, which has some centralized control over the entire process. Conventional System makes use of huge amounts of paper for recording transactions, and chances to miss & change the documents. Want lot of time to take action. The proposed system is web based application which maintains a centralized repository of all necessary information about bugs and issues. The system logs all defects in an application or project module. The detected defects are assigned to developers for resolving them. There are features like email notifications, user maintenance, user access control, report generators etc in this system. User-friendly menu based access to the processes in the system with different access paths to different users to ensure the easier access to all the users.




Existing System:

Proposed System:
The proposed system is web based application which maintains a centralized repository of all necessary information about bugs and issues. The system logs all defects in an application or project module. The detected defects are assigned to developers for resolving them. There are features like email notifications, user maintenance, user access control, report generators etc in this system. User-friendly menu based access to the processes in the system with different access paths to different users to ensure the easier access to all the users. Time saving, secure process.


Implementation Modules:
1. Admin
2. Manager
3. Employee(Workers)
4. Customers(User)

ADMIN MODULE:
This module provides administrator related functionalities. Administrator can create a new account either for manager or employee. By using this login id both manager and employee will log on to this portal and do all transactions which are assigned to them.

MANAGER MODULE:
This module is about a manager of the Company. By using this module employee of Corporation can view all the complaints from different users on different problems. Operator can maintain solved problems list and pending problems list.

EMPLOYEE MODULE:
This module is about an employee of Company. By using this module employee of Corporation can view all the complaints from different users on different problems. Operator can maintain solved problems list and pending problems list.

USER MODULE:
This module is about users of this portal. By using this module user can lodge any complaint to either operators or to municipal officer about problems such as water problem, electricity problem and sewerage problem. User must be registered with the system. A user can check the complaint status. A user must send feedback after the petition complaint solved by same user login
