Rigibore ActiveEdge Boring Solution

In this video MTD's Joe Reynolds gets the insight on the ActiveEdge from President of Rigibore Anthony Bassett.
The ActiveEdge is a self powered, automatic, high precision boring solution with 1 micron accuracy from Rigibore.

The tools works via a radio wave signal being sent from the tool to the CNC control and the adjustment is made automatically.
This solution is available with all connections, from BT30 to HSK and can communicate with any CNC control.
Another great feature is the fact that most of the technology is in the cartridge.
The ActiveEdge should be considered if you're looking to achieve lights out machining, reduction of operator intervention or simply to improve costs.
