Traffic accident

First of all, I would like to say, hello all teacher, belove friends, students are present here. I am RY ROS PHITA as a student in grade 10 A at Somdech Bunrani Hun Sen Veal Toch. Today I am very happy, that have a opportunity, to presentation about, What activities do we need to participate in to reduce traffic accidents? All belove friends, traffic problems are factors that affect with the human life when we are transport on the way, that is killer, to make Tragedy and suffer for the human life, and become as the human handicap, lose of poverty, beloved one, that why have one of the topic to raise it up, What activities do we need to participate in to reduce traffic accidents? Dear all the participants, Before I started with the topic, I would like to explains two of the keys words, what is the activity? And what does the traffic mean? So, activities are active that refer from the Somdech Soung Chouna, traffic that mean the way of going, as a chance I choose the three activities to practice to escapes from the traffic.
The first, we are going to learn the Road traffic law and respect as well, inface if we want to reduce the traffic accident, we should drive, ride, cycling respectful with the traffic law, so when we know the Road traffic law, we should respect with the traffic light, Road sign, and we know how to respect with each other. In fact, Cambodia, advertise the traffic law for the students, and for all the people in Cambodia as well.
Second, 10 Code of Ethics for Drivers, regarding the speech of Somdech Krola houm Sar Kheng, as the Deputy Minister of Ministry of Interior said that the 10 Code of Ethic for drivers, such as Do not drive faster than the speed limit. Never drive under the influence of alcohol. Never drive under the influence of drugs. drive under drowsy conditions. Always wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle. Always wear a belt. Always be right. And especially, check the technical characteristics of the vehicle. Must know how to drive clearly and have understanding, tolerance and 10th. Always be careful.
The thirds, as a youth, I am going to volunteer, and share or advertise of the traffic law and help with commune authority advertise of it to other people or citizen in my community to reduce traffic accident to make our country very good and dear teachers, people because the time limited, let’s me Summary in order to reduce the traffic accident should involve from all of us to respect the traffic law as the last I Would like to impress that should be involve with the three main points, as I am a youth of Techo, I commit with myself to practice with the three main points that I raise up above, as the speech of the Priminister Hun Sen said that “ Today and tomorrow no accident” so my presentation finished and I am going to wish you the best of luck.
