Process Mining Oracle EBS AP - Ontime Payment

Have you always wanted to know the percentage of invoices that are paid on time? With the “On Time Payment” App you can see this instantly! Aside from the 50% on time payment rate you also gain insight into the amount, over 56 thousand, timely paid invoices, distributed along the chosen timeframe.

When we put a filter on operating unit 889 - Vision Netherlands, only invoices from this operating unit will be selected. Next we will put a filter on all the Consulting cost centers, to select all the invoices that have this specific cost centers. We see that the KPI’s are instantly updated to match this selection. Only 40% of the invoices that are booked on the Consulting cost centers within Vision Netherlands are paid on time.

Let’s move on to the second sheet: “Payment Cycle Time”. We’re going to remove the two filters to select all of the invoices again. This sheet will answer the question of within how many days you pay invoices per:
invoice,
supplier,
or any other invoice characteristic.

If we want to know what the average payment cycle time is, we just need to change the value of Median to Average. We see that there’s an outlier in October 2017. When we filter on this month, in the bottom right corner we see the suppliers that have sent invoices. And we can see which invoices have been paid very late.
