DPHP - New images, animations, features

So, long time since the last video. Stuff has definitely been happening, though generally not in a demonstrable way. Finally have some stuff that I can show.

The order is:
3FN 'stripe'
Double Black Out (DBO) feature
Battery symbol
Battery Text
Old single color pinwheel
Rainbow pinwheel
Random Animation function

The stripe is my new logo and makers mark. You will be able to find it on the helmet itself. Made sense to turn it into an image now that I have settled on it as my logo.

DBO is a stagecraft term for shutting off all the lights without any fade or progression. On most lighting boards, there is a switch called DBO that is a quick trigger for shutting everything off. In this case, made sense to have that capability on the helmet itself, so it saves to memory whatever is currently running, sends a 'blank' command to display and the Bars controller. Pressing any button will bring the system out of DBO, and rerun whatever was on before the DBO call. The 'headlights' and a few other functions won't go quiet when DBO is trigger for obvious reasons.

The battery symbol and battery text are in fact based on data of the current state of the battery. I'm using a method of coulomb counting to keep track of power out of the battery, both for the user interface, and now for the animation and scrolling text. It's not shown in the video, but below 25% the green battery bar turns red. Why wouldn't it, right?

The new animation in this case is the rainbow pinwheel. Like the fireworks animation from before that leaves behind a changing color trail, the trail from the white 'blades' progresses through the rainbow. I'm somewhat surprised I hadn't done this one before. Out of laziness I didn't redo the pinwheel animation for rainbows, because I thought it would require a lot of recoding. Turns out it was significantly easier to code than the original animation. Who'd a thunk.

Finally, a new function has been added to the control software. A single button press triggers a random animation as well as starting a timer so that every minute a new animation is selected.
