In this video, I am going to talk about why she doesn’t trust you? And what to do when she doesn’t trust you.

This has nothing to do with overtly lying to her or cheating on her.
It's one of these reasons that is it often goes unseen and I'm going to attempt to articulate and put language to a dynamic that may be showing up in your relationships that you are just too close to see clearly.

This relationship video is not just for men but also for women where she is feeling like she's not being trusted for whatever reason.

An example sighted is from a client who Clayton coached. She was questioning whether he really wanted to be with her. She was saying things like “we don't need to do this if you don't want, we can get off the phone now if you want, you don't have to hang out with me if you want.”

This was frustrating for the client and he was feeling like his love and devotion wasn't enough, and perhaps his demonstration of connection wasn't being seen.
In these cases when we start to feel insecure, it can be really easy to throw a judgment on against the other person.

If you feel like you can relate to this situation and you've been in a relationship where you haven't been feeling trust, you’ve done nothing overt and there was no lapse of integrity, here's what might be going on:

1) it might be that you are feeling obligated to hang out
2) you’re obligated to care take your partner's emotional experience

Clayton’s Advice: Practice drawing boundaries

Practice drawing boundaries from a place where you realize that by not drawing the boundaries, you are creating the exact situation that you don't want to be in which is the abandonment.

If you're not drawing boundaries and you are continually separating from yourself in the relationship, if you are not looking out for your needs, if you're not looking out for your own boundaries, you end up evaporating in the relationship.

You disconnect from yourself and eventually your partner will follow suit.

They will disconnect from you because you are not connected to yourself.
