MACROROOM Time Warp Illusion- TUTORIAL

I decided to re-create a video I saw on instagam thanks to YT & IG: Macroroom. They are wizards in creating some incredible footage using a super slow motion camera. I am unfortuantely limited to 1080p at 240fps with my sony FX6. This made things difficult but not impossible.
I loved challenging myself and it was massive learning curve with working on blue/green screens. They certainly pose a few challenges but I love it!
