Banana’s ‘N’ Peanut Butter Pops
Servings: 14
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
½ cup natural peanut butter (must not contain xylitol)
14 small bone-shaped dog biscuits (optional)
PREPARATION
Mash two bananas in a bowl.
Add ½ cup of peanut butter to the bananas. Mix.
Pour the ingredients into an ice cube tray.
Optional: Add a dog biscuit to each slot to serve as a popsicle stick.
Freeze. Good for up to three months.
Honey Apple Delight
Servings: 14
INGREDIENTS
1 apple (remove seeds and stem)
1 cup plain yogurt
1½ tablespoons honey
PREPARATION
Chop the apple into small pieces and remove the stem and seeds.
Combine the chopped apple, yogurt, and honey. Blend.
Pour the ingredients into an ice cube tray.
Optional: Add a dog biscuit to each slot to serve as a popsicle stick.
Freeze.
Watermelon Blueberry Cooler
Servings: 14
INGREDIENTS
1 cup seedless watermelon
⅓ cup blueberries
PREPARATION
Remove all seeds from the watermelon. Blend it until is is completely liquid.
Pour the watermelon juice into the ice cube tray.
Add 2-3 blueberries per slot in the ice cube tray.
Freeze. Good for up to 9 months.
Chicken Dinner
Servings: 14
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups unsalted chicken broth
½ cup sweet potato puree
⅓ cup finely chopped carrots
PREPARATION
Pour the chicken broth into a bowl.
Add the sweet potato puree to the chicken broth. Mix.
Add the carrots to the mixture. Mix.
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
Freeze. Good for up to 2 months.
