5: How to Comment in PHP | PHP Programming Tutorial for Beginners in Sinhala

In this video, we talk about the comments in PHP and the importance of comments. By watching this video you will be able to understand the importance of comments and the types of comments. Also, you will be able to understand the methods that we use to comment and shortcuts for comment your code in less than 1 second. Commenting is mainly used when we want to label certain parts of our code so we can tell others which part does what. Commenting can also be used to test certain code without having to delete it, or if you plan to use that code later.
At the end of this video, you can find three questions for you to try. You can find the answers to those questions in the next video.

Question 01:
$variable = 'DTK Academy'.
Put this variable into the title section, h1 tag, and as an anchor text within an HTML document.

Question 02:
create a variable called "my_name" and assign your name as the value and then print this. "My name is YOUR NAME" in the browser.
After that, change the value of the variable as your second name and print your second name again. The final output should look like this.
"My name is YOUR FIRST NAME"
“My name is YOUR SECOND NAME"

Question 03:
Create two variables called “var1” and ”var2”;
Assign two strings to them.
Create a third variable called “var3” and assign the sum of var1 and var2;
Output it in the browser.
