Java Programming - Getting Input from a user and Output results - The Java Console смотреть онлайн

In the previous video, we saw a little bit of ASCII art. In this video, we will be introducing some concepts of Java programming as you learn how to code using Java. The video focuses on how we can get input from the console and print the same to the console.

Once you pull the code from the repo, browse to the folder 01_Concepts/002_GetInputFromTheUser/src where you will find the code.


Some of the concepts introduced are :
Introduction to the Scanner class found in java.util package.
Using the 'print' method of System.out
String concatenation
Getting Integers, Floating-Point and Strings from the console and storing it in a variable of that kind
Escape Sequences
Formatted String
Getting String.

Debugging errors encountered are also demonstrated. These are the common errors that I encountered and I will also be showing how these errors can be eliminated.
