This Bluetooth enabled hose bib timer is a great battery operated solution for automatic irrigation if you are not quite ready to bite the bullet on a fully automated irrigation system. Or in my case you may have a Hydrawise Pro HC controller and existing zones but still need a quick and easy solution for running irrigation water on a garden or planter pot.
Unlike every other option on the market I have found these actually come with BATTERIES! Now I know this may be that exciting but I know all of you have opened up a new gadget like this and were eager and excited to start using to come to an abrupt halt in operations by the fact that you didn't have the right battery.
In the past I have used similar digital battery operated hose bib timers that were time consuming and difficult to program due to their limited buttons. This is a great option and allows extra programming flexibility due to using the app as both a screen and limitless buttons for programming.
Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It is serving it's function well and I have had no issues with it watering correctly or having the app or unit malfunction.
