Sometimes we make the process more complicated than we need to. We will never make a journey of a thousand miles by fretting about how long it will take or how hard it will be. We make the journey by taking each day step by step and then repeating it again and again until we reach our destination.

The past three years, pursuing this degree was the most challenging and self empowering task I have ever done. Being in teaching job the pressure was challenging. so while justifying these two roles- as a teacher and research scholar with many other personal roles, many time thought to quit came, but the passion and my dream stopped me to do so. I really could not even imagine completing the degree on time. But I am so proud and glad that I could actually do it.

I must admit that this would have been impossible without the support, motivation and trust of my father, mother and my love ones, who supported me throughout my journey. From my parents to my love ones, no gratitude, words can be enough, for their unconditional support to which they kept motivating me. I must say support of my students were also helped me to keep my journey ongoing.

I am great ful to my all the professors of DRC and my Ranchi University for this wonderful learning journey.
it will be never completed with out my mentor Dr. Amar Kumar Chaudhary. I owe a massive debt of gratitude to my mentor for his relentless support without which I could not have pulled the stunt of juggling both work and studies.
Thanks to each and every one who have directly or indirectly helped me in completion of my Research.
The journey of three years can't be expressed her lots and lots are in my heart to share.
