How to Use TeamViewer :Tutorial

TeamViewer is a great tool to access and work remotely on computers. You can also use it on Mac, iPhone, and Android phones. Follow these easy steps to know how to use TeamViewer.
1. Type https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/ in the address bar of your browser, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
2. On the TeamViewer download page, you can download the 64-bit or 32-bit version as per your operating system’s configuration.
3. I am clicking on the Download 64-bit version button, and it will start downloading the setup file on our computer.
4. Click on the Up arrow, next to the downloaded Exe file, and then click on the Show in a folder from the dropdown list.
5. Double click on the TeamViewer setup file, and this will start the installation process.
6. Click on the Accept-next button at the bottom.
7. Click on the Yes button in the User Account Control confirmation box.
8. This will start installing the TeamViewer software on your PC.
9. Select an option from How do you want to use TeamViewer?
10. For the demo purpose, we are selecting the second option of the Free version, and then click on the Finish button.
11. This will open your TeamViewer app.
12. On the right-side panel and under the Control Remote Computer, make sure that the Remote Control radio button is selected.
13. Enter the Partner ID of another computer from which you want to take the remote control and connect.
14. Click on the Connect button.
15. Type the password of the second computer when a TeamViewer Authentication prompt box will appear, and then click on the Log On button.
16. You will be connected soon with a second computer and can work remotely on it.
