Migrate Windows 10 to SSD using iSumsoft's Free Disk Cloning Software

This tutorial demonstrates how to migrate | clone a Windows operating system from a mechanical hard drive or SSD to an M.2 SSD. This method can be used to copy only your C drive (including your operating system, applications, files, settings, and anything else on the primary hard drive) to the M.2 SSD. Now you can use some of the following scenarios that may require this technique:
 - Assemble mechanical hard drives with SSD or M.2 SSDs, usually using SSDs for Windows and applications, and then use mechanical hard drives for storage.
- Want to upgrade from a smaller M.2 to a larger M.2 SSD, especially if your laptop has only M.2 slots for storage and you don't have enough disk space.

How to migrate | clone Windows10 to SSD:

Step 1: Download iSumsoft Cloner and run it.
Step 2: Clone | migrate Windows 10 to SSD.
• Select the “Copy” option in the left menu.
• Select the drive letter where the operating system is installed (for example, C :).
• Select the connected SSD as the target drive.
• Click the "Start" button to start copying.

This process may take some time depending on the size and speed of the drive you are moving. My work was done in ten minutes, but in this example, I only cloned the C drive (where my Windows partition is located) to an empty SSD. In other words, the transfer is very fast. Moving from a hard drive to an SSD can take four times (or more).

Step 3: Set the new SSD as the primary boot drive.
