Hot Frog Living Composter Day 344 - Larger Feeding - Vermicomposting

We got some hungry, hungry worms! Arguably some of the largest feedings I've done in months, and possibly ever. I can't believe I fed tier 4 FOUR WHOLE ROLLS of food! But given that they demolished the food from last week, practically finishing off the rolls themselves too, I clearly need to make sure they have more food. There are a lot of worms on that tier, so I want to harness their appetite!

I'm not super shocked that tier 2, the one without coconut coir and just a few scoops of worms, is still working on breaking down the apple from last week's feeding. It's a lot of food for the worms! I am curious how quickly the other tiers would demolish an apple. Perhaps a challenge for the future!
