Hey guys and welcome back, some many years ago , I was quite intrigued when Xbox released their first version of the Kinect sensor which a motion sensing input device produced by Microsoft. When the Xbox 360 launched at the time, I made sure to buy it bundled with a Kinect sensor. I don’t know what about it intrigued me about it so much, I guess I was excited about the possibilities of using my body to control software well in this case, the games. This excitement was brought about after watching movies like minority report as well as seeing input devices evolve from the mouse and keyboard, to touch screens, to voice and now to body gestures.

So one of the first games I played with my wife was this Harry Potter game where you can wave your hands in particular way to cast spells. I can tell you already that this was a lot of fun. With my wife and I accidentally hitting each other with the spells we cast in the small room we were playing in.

What is the Difference between Wrnch and OpenPose?

As far as the difference between the Wrnch AI and OpenPose goes, there are three fundamental differences between the two:

1. The WrnchAI and OpenPose are similar in accuracy. However, the WrnchAI is amazingly fast in performance.

2. OpenPose licensing prevents its use in sports applications. On the contrary, WrnchAI does not have this issue.

3. The OpenPose is an opensource library whereas WrnchAI requires a commercial license which is out of budget for hobbyists and students.
