Getting Started with Android Theming - Android Homescreen Tutorials For Beginners

In this series, we will be catering for all the "Android-Newbies". Whether you have just received your brand new Nexus and have no idea how to customize it, or you have had a Galaxy S2 for a long time and have been too afraid of even moving icons in case it breaks or you lose something.

These videos will give you the very basics, no photoshopping, no changing 100 different options and no in-depth color co-ordinating. This is pure, simple, easy and very user-friendly ways of turning your phone from a stock to a not-so-stock Android quicker than you can say, "Wow, I really love what I can do with my phone".

Today's video focuses on adding a few widgets from the Google Play Store. You don't need a graphic designer or even a computer, you just need to download these apps and follow the video :)

To change your wallpaper, simply hold down on the homescreen - Wallpapers - Wallbase. Find a wallpaper you like, save it. Now do process again but now choose Gallery instead of Wallbase, your wallpaper will be saved in a folder called Saved. Simple.
