Abstract:
In this paper we propose location based consumer complaint, if group of consumer raise a complaint about the same product definitely the seller company understand the seriousness of the problem, that’s why we are using bar chart analysis for location based consumer problem , so we can give a good output for the new consumer and delivery a worth and valuable product, analysis location based consumer product complaint is a main concept in this paper
EXISTING SYSTEM:
The existing system in this project, consumer can only send the product reports, so product delivery people couldn’t able to understand serious of the problem ,they can solve the particular consumer problem, but couldn’t able to analysis group of consumers problem. So the new consumer can face the some problem again and again, so seller can lose the many consumers.
Disadvantages:
• Cant able to clear analysis for group of consumers problems.
• Cant able to analysis the product issue.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:
The title of my project called on Location based consumer analysis.if group of consumer raise a complaint about the same product definitely the seller company understand the seriousness of the problem,that’s why we are using bar chart analysis for location based consumer problem , so we can give a good output for the new consumer and delivery a worth and valuable product, analysis location based consumer product complaint is a main concept in this paper

• Identify the location for the consumer problem.
• Provide some information about the problem.

After careful analysis the system has been identified to have the following:



Modules:
1. Officer module
2. Consumer module
3. Google mapping for complaint analysis
4. Using bar chart for consumer complaint analysis


Officer module:
The Officer Module main work is manage the user personal details and manage the complaint raising application form ,then manage the complaint images and videos in officer database ,so officers can easily find out the accurate location and solve the problem

Consumer module:
The user module new user Register our personal details in I-social activity such that name, password, emailed, address and ex. All details stored in admin database.once user can register the detail any time can login to the location based consumer complaintand send the complaint request.


Google mapping for complaint analysis:
Using Google mapping for we can find out the accurate location for solving the consumer product based complaints based on the location, if consumer choice the right latitude and longitude, seller can easily analysis the location based Consumer problem, mapping using for the take analysis for the location based consumer problem.


Using bar chart for consumer complaint analysis:
We are using bar chart for deep analysis for the particular product based on the particular location , the main reason is the group of consumer raise the complaint about the particular product in same place that time the product seller definitely understand the seriousness of the problem , so we are using the bar chart analysis to find out the accurate place for the consumer product complaint , so we can easily solve this problem for the upcoming new consumer , so we can increase our consumer circle and increase our productivity
