Python Tutorial #35 - File Writing in Python Programming for Beginners
In this video by Programming for beginners we will see with open Syntax to File Writing in Python Programming for Beginners, in Python tutorial for beginners series.
Python programming language is very easy to learn for students and professionals.

In Python, a file operation takes place in the following order:
1. Open a file
2. Write in file
3. Close the file

There are two things we need to remember while writing to a file.

1. If we try to open a file that doesn't exist, a new file is created.
2. If a file already exists, its content is erased, and new content is added to the file.

1. Opening File in Python
In Python, we use the open() method to open a file.

Example:
file1 = open("test.txt", "w") # write mode

2. Writing in File in Python
After we open a file, we use the write() method to write content in file.

Example:
file1.write("Content goes here")

3. Closing Files in Python
When we are done with performing operations on the file, we need to properly close the file.
Closing a file will free up the resources that were tied with the file. It is done using the close() method in Python.

Example:
file1.close()
