Tidal Locking (Moon)

The Far Side of the Moon isn't actually dark, it's just not visible from earth. Very few people ever seen the moon from this perspective, here we spy the earth with the far side in the foreground.
As the moon orbits the earth, the earth appears to stay roughly in place. This is because the moon is tidally locked to the earth, keeping the near side of the moon pointed towards earth at all times.
The axis of earth's rotation appears to shift left and right, this is because we're seeing the earth from the left side then the right side, seeing its axial tilt from all angles.
The horizontal plane in the video is called the Ecliptic Plane, which is the plane of Earth's orbit around the sun (as of January 2000). This makes the Earth's axial tilt noticeable.
The Earth does not remain fully stationary in the video because the orbit of the moon is not a perfect circle. The Moon's orbit has a slight eccentricity, which causes the moon to orbit slower and faster at particular parts of its orbit. Because the moon's rotation is nearly uniform, the earth moves around the moon's sky a little as the orbit speeds up and slows down.
