Observer Design Pattern

Want to have your classes "talk" to each other without having them explicitly depend on each other?

This design pattern can be used when you have a centralized class, also known as a publisher, that has or gets some data that it wants to share with other classes, also known as observers.

The coolest part is, your code will be really easy to read, maintain and add new features to.
