Terra Slicer is an editor tool that allows you to extract sub-regions of Unity Terrain (to capture specific features) or generate smaller terrain copies to replace original Terrain, for use in dynamic streaming solutions.
As an added bonus, it includes the Terrain Tiler Component, which can be used to remove gaps/seams from neighboring terrains or to make a group of terrains tileable with itself (for a repeating spherical world effect)

Terra Slicer is an offshoot of the Terrain Slicing & Dynamic Loading Kit, which was created and has been supported since 2012. That kit has been converted into the Streamable Worlds Bundle, which includes Terra Slicer as well as S.A.M. - The Streamable Assets Manager.
