Beetroot recipes. Stuffed beetroot is made with rice, onion and carrots. No meat added, cheese on top. This easy stuffed beetroot tastes very delicious and perfect for lunch or can be served as an appetizer. Stuffed beetroot recipe is very simple and easy to make. You just need to mix ingredients and stuff the beets. Healthy stuffed beetroot is full of fiber and vitamins. In this beetroot recipes I used white rice to stuff beetroots but you can use brown rice or any rice if you want.
Follow simple steps and enjoy your stuffed beetroot!
INGREDIENTS:
6-7 medium beets
1 cup white rice
1/2 red onion
1 carrot
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or any cheese
salt to taste
dried dill to taste
parsley to taste
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Beets stain hands. You can wear gloves if you want.
