To better support you and remain current with the functional and security requirements of our customers, Diverse Computing (DCI) will be sunsetting our legacy JAVA product eAgent Client. The sunsetting of eAgent Client will be effective January 1, 2023.

Our product, eAgent Client emerged on the market in 2000. Since its inception and through today, it has served as a critical tool for dispatchers, administrators, and officers throughout the United States to access and share NCIC, Nlets and CJIS information. Thanks to the passion of our customers, the DCI technical team has worked tirelessly to ensure our flagship product provides necessary functionality, remains secure, and operates efficiently. We are thankful for your participation in the growth and sustainment of this software and for sharing in our vision to provide intuitive and easy to use full access NCIC experience. Now, we must retire this old friend and move on to the next generation of NCIC full access.

Here’s the good news. As great as eAgent Client was, eAgent 2.0 is even better still. eAgent 2.0 was first released in 2016 and has proven over the last few years to be just as reliable but more efficient than its predecessor. As a completely web-based solution, users have more flexibility and we can automatically update and enhance the product via the web so you know you’re always running the latest and greatest version of eAgent. In short, we’ve included all the smart features you know and love and improved on them at every turn.

We hope you’ll continue to use eAgent as your primary NCIC tool and allow us to continue supporting you the way that you’ve shown support to us. If not, we hope this gives you enough notice to research the market for a new vendor for your NCIC access. We are bringing financial incentives to help our loyal and existing customers migrate to eAgent 2.0 without breaking the budget.
