Razer Stuck Input

This brief clip is made for Razer Support, to prove to them that their Tarararus Pro has stuck inputs while using the Razer Synapse 3 software. This issue is reported by many people on their forums here:

It reportedly effects other keyboards that use the Synapse software as well.

The issue is relatively random. For me it happens about once or twice per hour, and depending on the game and time, can have catastrophic results for gameplay.

Activity shown here is of the strafe (A) key input remaining, even though the key is not pressed. However, it can happen with any key including the D-Pad. If I uninstall Razer Synapse software and just use the default key assignments, the issue does not occur. If I use a third party app to remap the keys, it does not happen. This current unit is a replacement after initial case where they RMAed the previous device. I have also sent a collection of log files using their Razar Log Collector application after duplicating the issue again.

Support on this issue has been very frustrating. Being requested by support to do the same things over and over again, or request the same information over and over again. This video was one thing they requested, which does NOTHING to help troubleshoot the issue, since there are a few other videos already on the subject. They wanted this just for me to prove the issue is occuring. Hopefully this is nearing the last hoop for me to jump through to finally get their devs to take this issue seriously and fix the issue.

I highly recommend not buying a Razer product, specifically their keyboards or other input products until this issue is resolved.
