Turn Order determines who starts the Bidding, the next player to bid is decided in clockwise order and not in Turn Order

10:45 No he won't... Robbie is only interested in Power plants with that use the cheaper resources and that's not garbage, so he won't bid on that one

In a 6 player game you only use 5 regions of the map... you never use all regions of the map

You can skip cities, but you have to pay the connection costs from the skipped city, in this case is zero.
But if for example he wanted to build in FULDA he would have to pay 10 + 0 (connection from Leipzig to Halle) + 6 (Halle to Erfurt) + 13 (Erfurt to Fulda) for a total of 29
