Packaging your guitar:
Loosen the stings on your guitar.
If the guitar has a case, place the guitar in its case.
If the guitar does not fit snugly into the case then please add bubble wrap until the guitar no longer moves.
If the guitar does not come with a case wrap the guitar with at least three layers of bubble wrap before placing it in the box.
After you have placed the guitar in the box, place the remaining bubble wrap in the box to ensure that the guitar cannot move in transit.
Place four layers of bubble wrap in the bottom of each box.
Place at least two rolls of fragile tape around the join and two above and below the initial join to the bond the two sections of the box securely.
Measure the box, if it is more than 150cm please contact us at [email protected]. We will still be able to purchase your guitar, we will have to provide you with a different label.

The courier will impose a £60 fine in the following circumstances which we regrettably have to pass on:
- The box is over 150cm
- Any part of the guitar or case is not protected by the cardboard box.
- The middle of the box is not secured and separates in the post.
